Meeting and exchanging with outstanding female party members

On the morning of January 10, the Dak Lak Provincial Women's Union held a conference to meet and exchange with outstanding female party members and review the tradition of the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 - February 3, 2025).

The conference was attended by nearly 200 outstanding women members from armed forces, Women Intellectuals Association, Women Entrepreneurs and outstanding women in Buon Ma Thuot City.

Speaking at the conference, Chairwoman of the Provincial Women's Union To Thi Tam emphasized that throughout history, women of all ethnic groups in the province have stood shoulder to shoulder, joined hands, and upheld the qualities of "Heroic, indomitable, loyal, and courageous", achieving many glorious feats, contributing greatly to the cause of national liberation and reunification.

Continuing and promoting the tradition of the previous generation, young female party members are always dedicated and strive to excel in all fields to assert themselves; actively study and practice the revolutionary ethical standards of cadres and party members in the new period; dare to innovate, be creative, face difficulties and challenges, act for the common good, for the country, for the people... contributing to building an increasingly beautiful homeland, which is highly appreciated by agencies and organizations.

In recent years, the proportion of qualified female cadres and party members assigned to leadership positions in Party and State agencies at all levels, with masters and doctors, has always increased year after year; many female party members are good owners of production establishments and businesses, combining economic development with preserving and maintaining the nation's fine traditional cultural values; have good solutions, initiatives and practices with high applicability in practice, especially in the economic field, bringing practical results, "benefiting the country, benefiting the family", contributing significantly to the cause of socio-economic development, maintaining national defense and security in the area.

At the conference, delegates interacted with outstanding female party members in various fields. At the same time, they discussed and shared about promoting the pioneering and exemplary role of female party members in implementing and mobilizing women and people to implement the Party's policies and guidelines and the State's laws; the work of discovering, nurturing, creating sources, and introducing outstanding female members to the Party, contributing to promoting the role of women in participating in Party and government building; opportunities and challenges for female party members in the context of deep international integration today; highlighting the role and responsibility of party members in studying and following the moral example of Ho Chi Minh.

The conference to meet and exchange with outstanding female party members and review the tradition of the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam is a practical activity to acknowledge and express gratitude for the significant contributions of outstanding female party members who have made many contributions to the development of the province; contributing to propaganda, education, widespread dissemination, raising awareness among all levels of the Association and cadres, members, and women about the mission, merits, and great role of the Party in the cause of national construction and development.

On this occasion, the Provincial Women's Union honored 50 outstanding female party members who have made many contributions in various areas of social life.
