Through the policy of building specific criteria to identify temporary and dilapidated houses

Specifically, the City People's Committee agreed in principle with the proposal of the Department of Construction on authorizing the Department of Construction, the Management Board of the High-Tech Park and Industrial Parks of Da Nang to issue construction permits in Da Nang city; the proposal on establishing specific criteria for identifying temporary and dilapidated houses in Da Nang city; and the report on the content of the appraisal of cost estimates for the task of adjusting the overall master plan of Da Nang city.

At the same time, the policy of approving the Decision on auctioning land use rights for public areas and urban services at the Sports, Entertainment and Commercial Complex project in Hoa Xuan ward, Cam Le district; adjusting the allocation and lease of land to Thuan Phuoc Bay Urban Investment Joint Stock Company to invest in the construction of the Thuan Phuoc - Da Nang New Urban Area project; appraising the dossier requesting approval of the investment policy of the social housing project at land plot No. 10 Trinh Cong Son.

Based on discussion and comments, members of the City People's Committee agreed on the policy of recognizing strategic partners in the field of semiconductors and artificial intelligence in Da Nang city for Marvell Vietnam Technology Co., Ltd. and FPT Corporation.

The meeting also approved the policy on approving and supplementing the budget estimates for agencies and units to implement the early retirement policy in the second and third phases in 2025; adjusting the regular revenue and expenditure estimates of the state budget in 2025 of agencies and units due to the implementation of streamlining the organizational apparatus.
