On March 12, train SE3 departed from Hanoi station at 7:20 p.m. After picking up passengers at Hue station, the staff of car number 10 was cleaning the car when they discovered that a passenger had left a dark blue backpack in bed number 18.

Staff Nguyen Thi Huyen immediately reported to the Train Captain to verify the information and find the owner of the property. The property inside included: 01 tablet, 339 USD and many other personal documents.

Train leader SE3 Dang Xuan Dinh immediately contacted tour guide Vu Minh Truong and was informed that the property belonged to a foreign tourist with a German passport. The passenger was informed about the property and asked to receive it at Hue station. The train company contacted Hue station and returned the property to the passenger.

The timely reporting and contact to return forgotten assets and documents to passengers by railway staff has helped spread good things about Vietnamese railway staff.
