Morning: The Party Central Committee worked at the Hall, elected 2 additional members of the Central Inspection Committee, including: Comrade Ha Quoc Tri, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of the 15th term of Khanh Hoa province and Comrade Dinh Van Cuong, Head of the Department of Areas I, Central Inspection Committee.

The Central Committee recorded the nomination ballot for personnel planning for the Politburo and Secretariat for the 14th term, 2026 - 2031 term, and supplemented the planning for the Party Central Committee for the 14th term, 2026 - 2031 term.

After that, the Politburo and the Secretariat met to give their opinions on the reception and explanation of the Central Committee's discussions at the Conference. In the afternoon: The Party Central Committee discussed and gave their opinions on the policy for the Project to establish Hue City under the Central Government and held a closing session. Comrade Tran Thanh Man, Politburo member and National Assembly Chairman, chaired the meeting on behalf of the Politburo. Politburo members presented the Politburo's reception and explanation reports. Comrade Nguyen Xuan Thang, Politburo member, Director of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, Chairman of the Central Theoretical Council, presented the Report on reception and explanation of the draft Political Report to be submitted to the 14th National Party Congress; and the Summary Report on a number of theoretical and practical issues on the socialist-oriented renovation process in Vietnam over the past 40 years. Comrade Nguyen Hoa Binh, Politburo member, Permanent Deputy Prime Minister of the Government presented a Report on receiving and explaining the group of socio-economic, financial and budgetary issues; on the policy of building a high-speed railway line on the North-South axis. Comrade Le Minh Hung, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Organization Commission presented a Report on receiving and explaining the group of issues related to Party building, implementation of the Party Charter and amendments and supplements to the Election Regulations within the Party; summarizing the personnel work of the 13th tenure and the direction of personnel work of the 14th Party Central Committee. Comrade Luong Cuong, Politburo member, Permanent Secretary of the Secretariat presented the draft Resolution of the 10th Conference of the Party Central Committee, 13th tenure. The Party Central Committee passed the Resolution of the 10th Central Conference. Comrade To Lam, General Secretary and President delivered the closing speech of the Conference.
