Urgently cover the zoning plan

On the morning of March 19, Mr. Nguyen Tan Tuan - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee chaired a meeting with departments, branches, sectors and localities to listen to reports on the implementation of master plans and zoning plans in districts, towns, cities and Van Phong Economic Zone. Attending the meeting was Mr. Tran Hoa Nam - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

According to the report of the Department of Construction, the whole province currently has 92 planning projects being implemented. To date, 6 projects have been approved; including 1 district construction planning project and 5 zoning planning projects. In addition, 1 general urban planning of Khanh Hoa until 2045, with a vision to 2065, has been temporarily suspended according to the guidance of the Ministry of Construction. For the remaining 85/92 planning projects being implemented, the Department of Construction, together with localities, and the Management Board of Van Phong Economic Zone are urgently completing the procedures according to regulations. In particular, the project to adjust the general planning of Ninh Hoa town is being completed by the Department of Construction and localities, and will soon be submitted to the Ministry of Construction for appraisal.
