The Department of Home Affairs of Da Nang has just sent a document to localities, departments, branches and public service units under the People's Committee of Da Nang City regarding the contents related to Decree 67 amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decree 178 on policies and regimes for cadres, civil servants, public employees, workers and armed forces in the implementation of the organizational arrangement of the political system.

Accordingly, Clause 17, Article 1 of Decree No. 67 stipulates "Remove Clause 6, Article 19" (remove the provision on forecasting the ability to balance the local budget, submit to the People's Council of the same level to issue additional support policies for subjects under management). At the same time, it is stipulated: "Cases that have been resolved by competent authorities for additional support policies from local budget sources according to regulations in Clause 6, Article 19 of Decree No. 178 before March 15, 2025 will still enjoy this additional support policy". Therefore, the Department of Home Affairs requests that units inform the content of this change in support policy to the unit's employees. For agencies that have submitted documents requesting approval of the list of cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers retiring from April 1, 2025 according to Decree No. 178 but have not yet been approved by competent authorities, in case individuals change their wishes, they must summarize and report to the Department of Home Affairs./ .
