These days, the construction unit is focusing on human and material resources to complete the final items of the new Ba Che High School - Phase 2. The project will start construction in mid-2024 with the following items: Headmaster's house, library, department; theory classroom, department and other auxiliary items; total investment of nearly 64 billion VND. The project is built to complete the facilities, ensuring level 2 standards according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training, aiming to build Ba Che High School as a high-quality public educational institution in the region. This is a key project of the district to welcome the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term.

Deputy Director of the District Project Management Board, Bui Van Dat, said: To ensure the project is completed on schedule, the Board actively urges the construction unit to mobilize workers and machinery, focus on overtime, increase shifts to speed up the construction progress. At the same time, strengthen supervision to ensure the project meets the quality and objectives set by the project. Up to this point, the Ba Che High School construction project - phase 2 has reached 98%, expected to be completed and put into use at the end of February 2025.

Ba Che district also has 3 typical projects in the fields of culture, education, and transportation, which were selected as projects to celebrate the Party Congresses at all levels. Specifically: Khe Tam Reservoir Project, Nam Son Commune with a total investment of 120 billion VND; Project of DT340 bridge connecting with the center of Ba Che town combined with embankment to prevent landslides on the main road and residential area of ​​Ba Che town, with a total investment of nearly 249 billion VND; Project of District Party Committee headquarters and Vietnam Fatherland Front, district organizations, with a total investment of nearly 121 billion VND. Up to now, the projects have been basically completed, ensuring progress, quality, technique, and aesthetics.

Mong Cai City has stepped up propaganda about the Party Congresses at all levels, towards the 25th Congress of the City Party Committee to all branches and grassroots Party Committees. At the same time, it has accelerated the progress of projects to welcome the Party Congresses at all levels.

Secretary of Mong Cai City Party Committee Hoang Ba Nam said: To create a vibrant competitive atmosphere to welcome the congress, the city is promoting patriotic emulation movements, developing production, developing enterprises, investing in mobilizing resources for socio-economic development; strengthening security and order, and implementing social security work well. The city has selected 16 projects to put up welcome signs for the congress, such as the investment and construction project of Tran Phu High School; renovating and repairing the Tra Co coastal walking street; building a new Hai Son Commune Police headquarters; the book "Mong Cai City Party Committee through the ages"... Up to now, a number of projects have been completed to organize the hanging of welcome signs. Tan Lap Commune (Dam Ha District) is urgently completing the project to renovate and expand the road from Tan Phu village intersection to Dong Ha village residential area to welcome the Commune Party Congress.

In addition to large projects and key projects at the district level, most communes and wards in the province are urgently implementing many practical projects and tasks, such as: Launching emulation movements in labor and production; urban beautification; caring for families with preferential policies and households in difficult circumstances... Notable: Project to renovate and expand the road from the intersection of Tan Phu village to the residential area of ​​Dong Ha village, Tan Lap commune (Dam Ha district); Project to install 3 LED screens at the hall and headquarters of Ka Long ward (Mong Cai city)... The projects not only practically serve people's lives, but are also closely linked to the criteria in the emulation movement to build new rural areas and urban civilization, creating a new face for local development.
