(NLDO) - Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee requests localities and units to urgently deploy and thoroughly grasp the content of Conclusion No. 127 of the Politburo and Secretariat.
The Standing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee has just issued Conclusion No. 1251-KL/TU on implementing Conclusion No. 127-KL/TW dated February 28, 2025 of the Politburo and the Secretariat on implementing research and proposing to continue to reorganize the apparatus of the political system.
The content of the Conclusion clearly states that the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, the District Party Committee, the Thu Duc City Party Committee and the grassroots Party Committees under the City Party Committee, and specialized agencies advising and assisting the City Party Committee urgently deploy and thoroughly grasp the content of Conclusion No. 127 to create high unity in awareness and responsibility of the entire political system, ensuring close coordination and proactive participation in related contents and tasks.
The Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, the District Party Committee and the Thu Duc City Party Committee seriously implement the policy of temporarily suspending the organization of the Party Congresses of districts, towns, communes, wards, towns and other grassroots Party Committees (Party cells) under the District Party Committee, Thu Duc City until further instructions from competent authorities.
The Standing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee led the City People's Committee to direct the Department of Home Affairs to coordinate with departments, branches, sectors, People's Committees of districts, towns, and Thu Duc City to deploy preparation and implementation work according to the requests of central agencies in the process of developing a project to merge a number of provincial-level administrative units, not organizing at the district level, continuing to merge commune-level administrative units; promptly report to the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee (through the City Party Committee's Organization Board) for direction of implementation.
The Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Party agencies of Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee leads the Party Committee of the City Fatherland Front Committee, the Party Committees of socio-political organizations, and mass organizations assigned by the Party and the State in the city, the Party Committee of the City People's Procuracy, the Party Committee of the City People's Court in coordination with the Organization Board of the City Party Committee to implement the proposals of the Central agencies in the process of developing 2 projects: Project on rearranging and streamlining the Fatherland Front agencies, socio-political organizations, and mass organizations assigned by the Party and the State (at the central, provincial and communal levels) after merging and consolidating; Project on the system of courts and procuracies at the local level in the direction of not organizing at the district level; promptly report to the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee (through the Organization Board of the City Party Committee) for direction of implementation.
The Standing Committee of the City Party Committee requested the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the City Party Committee to develop a plan and promptly direct the propaganda content on the policy of rearranging and streamlining the organizational apparatus of the Politburo and the Central Executive Committee of the Party accordingly. Party committees at all levels, party organizations, agencies and units should proactively disseminate and coordinate to widely propagate the policy of rearranging and streamlining the organizational apparatus; do a good job of political and ideological work, create high consensus and unity in society, especially for cadres and party members; focus on leadership and direction to ensure that it does not affect the operations of agencies, organizations and units.
In particular, the Party Committees directly under the City Party Committee, the specialized agencies advising and assisting the City Party Committee are responsible for thoroughly grasping and seriously implementing the Conclusions of the Politburo, the Secretariat, and the Conclusions of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee. During the implementation process, if any problems arise, they must promptly report to the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee (through the Organization Committee of the City Party Committee) for consideration and decision.
