On the afternoon of March 15, the Regional Political Academy I coordinated with the Organizing Committee of the Ha Giang Provincial Party Committee to organize the Closing Ceremony of the Training Course for Cadres of the Project to create a source of young cadres, female cadres, and ethnic minority cadres in Ha Giang province, the third class according to Project 21 of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee.

After 6 days of training, 54 trainees who are leaders and cadres currently working at departments, branches and localities in Ha Giang province were taught by lecturers of the Regional Political Academy I about 8 basic topics on training the working style of cadres, civil servants and public employees; building ethical standards for leaders and managers at the grassroots level; Party building and rectification work, building the political system; leadership skills in building social policies; skills in receiving citizens, handling complaints and denunciations; work to prevent corruption, waste and negativity; building new rural areas; issues of information security and confidentiality in the implementation of digital transformation today...
During the training course, trainees were able to exchange, discuss and answer specific questions related to the content of the training topics, linked to current local realities to apply the Party's new viewpoints, principles and requirements to solve practical problems. At the same time, the Academy created conditions for them to research, survey and learn about the reality of socio-economic development, new rural construction, administrative reform, application of information technology and digital transformation in Ninh Binh and Lang Son provinces.
From the knowledge imparted, through the training course, trainees will improve their qualifications, vision and strategic thinking; enhance their ability to analyze and forecast situations, improve their leadership, management and situation handling skills. On that basis, trainees will apply it to continue to improve their leadership, direction and organization roles, effectively solve problems arising at their workplace; and develop industry and local goals in line with the current practical situation./.
