The reason is that the Ta Cang irrigation dam has not been maintained for many years, so it has deteriorated, damaged, and lost the ability to regulate irrigation water for production fields, leading to local water shortages upstream of the dam. This situation has been going on for many years and has become more serious when Kon Tum enters the dry season. Although people have repeatedly petitioned authorities and functional agencies, it has not been resolved yet.
