The press focuses on promoting the 110th Anniversary of Comrade Ly Tu Trong's Birth

On September 26, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, the Department of Information and Communications and the Ha Tinh Provincial Journalists Association held a press conference to promote activities commemorating the 110th anniversary of the birth of comrade Ly Tu Trong (October 20, 1914 - October 20, 2024); press work meeting for the third quarter of 2024.

At the press conference, Director of the Department of Information and Communications Dau Tung Lam reported on press and propaganda activities in the third quarter of 2024, and oriented propaganda work in the coming time.

Accordingly, local press agencies continue to innovate, improve operational efficiency, create valuable, high-quality press works, especially works serving the key political tasks of the homeland and country.

Newspaper focuses on propaganda about the 110th anniversary of the birth of the Communist Party of Vietnam in picture 1 — Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department Ha Van Hung; Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, Chairman of the Provincial Journalists Association Nguyen Xuan Hai and Director of the Department of Information and Communications Dau Tung Lam chaired the press conference.

Promote propaganda work on concretizing and implementing resolutions of Party congresses at all levels; directives, resolutions, conclusions of the Central and the province; and propaganda on socio-economic development, ensuring national defense and security, foreign affairs, natural disaster prevention, etc., creating a mainstream information flow, positively impacting social life, receiving attention and high appreciation from all walks of life.

According to Mr. Dau Tung Lam, the resident press agencies have produced many news and articles promoting key projects, new rural construction, civilized urban areas, major political events taking place in the area, and prominent socio-economic fields; reflecting issues of public concern, contributing to helping Party committees and authorities at all levels grasp and effectively resolve problems arising from the grassroots.

Concluding the meeting, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department Ha Van Hung shared that for the event commemorating the 110th anniversary of the birth of comrade Ly Tu Trong, the Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department requested that press agencies focus on promoting the life, career, contributions and dedication of the first communist youth union member and generations of Ha Tinh youth. Along with that, highlight the revolutionary tradition of Ha Tinh homeland; outstanding achievements in the emulation movement of the Party Committee, People and youth of the province.

Regarding press work, the Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department hopes that press agencies will continue to pay attention to, accompany and propagate the results of the province's socio-economic tasks. Develop specialized pages and columns to propagate the work of preparing and conducting Party congresses at all levels in the spirit of Directive No. 35 of the Politburo.

Focus on disseminating information on the arrangement of administrative units, contributing to creating consensus and unity among cadres, party members and people of all walks of life.
