According to Mr. Dao My, the implementation of the National Target Programs has been effective, helping to improve and enhance people's lives, promoting sustainable socio-economic development in localities. It is recommended that the district level review the effectiveness of sub-projects of the 3 Programs; regularly inspect and evaluate project works in communes.
