The Department of Education and Training of Ha Tinh has just sent a document requesting the People's Committee of Ha Tinh province to allocate more than 21.5 billion VND to organize exam review for 12th grade students.
On March 13, information from the Department of Education and Training of Ha Tinh, the unit has just sent a document to the Provincial People's Committee proposing to support funding for the High School Graduation Exam for 12th grade students at public educational institutions under the department.
Ha Tinh Department of Education and Training proposed the budget based on the provisions of Circular No. 29 of the Ministry of Education and Training with the following content: The budget for organizing extra teaching and learning in schools uses the state budget and other legal sources of funding according to the provisions of law.
From there, the Department of Education and Training of Ha Tinh province will prepare a budget estimate and send it to the Department of Finance and submit it to the People's Committee of Ha Tinh province for consideration of supporting exam preparation costs for public educational institutions under the department to organize exam preparation for 12th grade students, contributing to improving the quality and effectiveness of the 2025 high school graduation exam.
Specifically, the exam review period is calculated from February 14 to the end of June 2025 for 15,611 students of 50 schools in Ha Tinh province. Of which, the total number of teaching periods for students in Math is 593,218, Literature is 593,218, Foreign Language is 593,218, and elective subjects is 593,218.
According to the regulation on the amount of money for each review period is 9,000 VND (Ha Tinh Specialized High School is 12,000 VND/period). The total amount of money that the Department of Education and Training of Ha Tinh province requested the Provincial People's Committee to provide for review classes for 12th grade students is 21,533,232,000 VND.
Immediately after the Department of Education and Training issued the above document, the People's Committee of Ha Tinh province issued a document assigning the Department of Finance to preside over and coordinate with the Department of Education and Training of Ha Tinh province to review the reality, consider and advise the People's Committee of Ha Tinh province before March 14.
A representative of the Ha Tinh Department of Education and Training also said that the unit is currently synthesizing information from localities about businesses and establishments registered to do extra teaching and learning in the whole province according to Circular 29 of the Ministry of Education and Training to serve the upcoming inspection work.
