The Department of Education and Training of Ha Tinh province has proposed that the People's Committee of Ha Tinh province allocate more than 21.5 billion VND to organize review sessions for 12th grade students. This is to contribute to improving the quality of the upcoming high school graduation exam.

On March 11, the leader of the Ha Tinh Department of Education and Training said that this unit had just sent a document to the People's Committee of Ha Tinh province requesting financial support for the 12th grade graduation exam in 2025 for 12th grade students at public educational institutions under the department.
According to the department, based on the provisions of Circular No. 29 dated December 30, 2024 of the Ministry of Education and Training of Ha Tinh province regulating extra teaching and learning with the content "Funds for organizing extra teaching and learning in schools use the state budget and other legal funding sources according to the provisions of law".
Therefore, the Department of Education and Training has prepared a budget estimate to send to the Department of Finance and submitted to the People's Committee of Ha Tinh province for consideration of supporting exam preparation costs for public educational institutions under the department to organize exam preparation for 12th grade students, contributing to improving the quality and effectiveness of the 2025 high school graduation exam.
The exam review period is calculated from February 14 to the end of June 2025 for 15,611 students of 50 schools in Ha Tinh province. Of which, the total number of teaching periods for students in math is 593,218, literature is 593,218, foreign language is 593,218, and elective subjects is 593,218.
Based on the regulation on the amount of money for each review period is 9,000 VND (Ha Tinh Specialized High School is 12,000 VND/period), so the total amount of money that the Department of Education and Training proposed to provide for review classes for 12th grade students is more than 21.5 billion VND.
Immediately after the Department of Education and Training issued the above document, the People's Committee of Ha Tinh province issued a document assigning the Department of Finance to preside over and coordinate with the Department of Education and Training of Ha Tinh province to review the reality, consider and advise the People's Committee of Ha Tinh province before March 14.
