Training on building a model to prevent and combat domestic violence

On July 6, the provincial Department of Culture and Sports coordinated with the People's Committee of Bac Ha district to organize a training course on building a model of a domestic violence prevention club for nearly 100 delegates who are members of the Steering Committee for the domestic violence prevention model in Coc Ly and Coc Lau communes.

Officials from the Department of Culture and Sports of the province introduced the model of preventing and combating domestic violence.

At the training conference, delegates were introduced to the domestic violence prevention model, instructions on establishing and organizing the model's activities; the content and form of activities of the domestic violence prevention club; some basic contents of the Law on Domestic Violence Prevention and Control in 2022...

Through the training, the aim is to provide basic knowledge about family, family work, and instruct operational skills for officers directly participating in the model of preventing and combating domestic violence as well as improve the management capacity of officers, specialists in charge of family work, members of the Steering Committee of the commune-level model, social and cultural officers, and clubs and groups for preventing domestic violence.
