This is an intangible cultural heritage exchange program "Linh Lang - Sacred Convergence - Long Bien Shines", organized on the occasion of Linh Lang Dai Vuong Festival taking place in many localities across the country, including 13 places of worship of Thuong Dang Phuc Than - Linh Lang Dai Vuong in Long Bien, Hanoi.
It is known that the Truong Lam Communal House Festival was listed as a National Intangible Cultural Heritage in 2018. In the program, the creative team and local people recreated the legend of Linh Lang Dai Vuong in a semi-realistic form, combining modern 3D mapping projection technology. The program introduced and promoted traditional rituals and beliefs of worshipping Linh Lang Dai Vuong of local people, performed the traditional "Snake Shedding" dance of the Truong Lam Communal House Festival, honoring the historical values and cultural quintessence of the locality.

In the program, local people and artists recreated the procession and sacrifice rituals in the Linh Lang Dai Vuong festival. Through singing, dancing, drum performances, and Ao Dai performances, the program successfully recreated the legend of Linh Lang Dai Vuong, honoring patriotism and water control work, expressing the people's beliefs and aspirations. The program was directed by Mai Thanh Tung, with the advice of People's Artist Le Chuc. Participating in the performance were artists Trong Tan, Minh Quan, Meritorious Artist Minh Thu, Ngoc Ky, Viet Danh, Hong Duyen, Tien Hung, Minh Duc, Mai Chi, Ngoc Khanh Chi, Thang Long group, People's Artist Trong Binh, Hanoi Model Club, Tre dance troupe, etc.
