Implementing the National Target Program on Socio-Economic Development for Ethnic Minorities and Mountainous Areas for the 2021-2030 Period (Program 1719), in 2024, Lao Cai will invest in 23 centralized domestic water supply projects, nearly 200 projects of all kinds including: roads to commune centers, rural roads, medical stations, rural markets, domestic electricity, and community houses.
Ethnic minority areas of Lao Cai are increasingly developing thanks to the effective exploitation of investment resources.
