In 2025, Bat Xat district will eliminate 1,471 temporary and dilapidated houses, of which 584 will be newly built and 887 will be repaired with a total cost of nearly 110 billion VND. Currently, 950 houses have been completed, and communes and towns are continuing to mobilize and work with households to gather materials and level the ground to construct the remaining 521 houses. The district has also issued 298/1,471 Land Use Right Certificates.

Regarding the repair of housing damage caused by storm No. 3, Bat Xat has completed the construction of 125/125 new houses for households whose houses were completely collapsed and repaired 64/74 houses. For houses in urgent evacuation, 87 houses have been completed, 112 houses are under construction and 361 houses have not been constructed yet.
Bat Xat district continues to direct communes and towns to closely coordinate with construction units and mobilize resources to speed up progress, ensuring that people soon have solid housing and a stable life.
