Ready for military training season with the spirit of "speed, determination to win"

(QBĐT) - In just a few days, together with the entire army and armed forces of Military Region 4, the Provincial Military Command will solemnly organize the 2025 training launch ceremony. This is an important start for a new training season with new spirit, new confidence and determination to achieve the highest results to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025). The spirit of "lightning speed, determined victory" has been prepared by the agencies and units of the Provincial Military Command.

The 996th Infantry Regiment is a permanent unit in charge of combat readiness training. These days, the spirit and atmosphere of the preparation work for the training launch ceremony has been carried out urgently, seriously and with determination by the unit's officers, staff and soldiers.

Along with investing tens of millions of Dong in purchasing and repairing the system of markers, teaching aids and renovating the training ground, the Party Committee and the Regiment Command pay special attention to the work of receiving and organizing training courses for new soldiers because this is identified as one of the top important tasks not only for the unit but also for the Provincial Military Command.

Lieutenant Colonel Le Tien Long, Deputy Regiment Commander and Chief of Staff of Infantry Regiment 996, said that training preparation is an extremely important factor that directly determines the quality and results of training, so from the beginning of the year, the Party Committee and Regiment Command issued a specialized resolution to lead and direct all aspects of preparation.

In particular, the unit pays special attention to two decisive factors, which are human resources and facilities. Along with sending more than 100 cadres to participate in training at all levels, the Regiment has consolidated and renewed hundreds of steles, facilities, teaching aids, training grounds, training grounds and deployed them to the cadre team to compile and approve lesson plans and training schedules. Up to this point, all preparations of the unit have been completed, we are ready for the new training season...

It is known that, together with Infantry Regiment 996, up to now, 100% of agencies and units have completed all preparations for the 2025 training launch ceremony. Strictly implementing the instructions and orders of the Commander of Military Region 4 on combat training, the Party Committee and the Provincial Military Command have promptly led, directed, and guided agencies and units to do a good job of preparation.

Accordingly, 33 training courses were organized for nearly 4,500 cadres at all levels; the new soldier training framework was fully completed; training curriculum was compiled, approved, and practiced for units. The Provincial Military Command and its affiliated units proactively exploited the budget, investing over 675 million VND and nearly 2,000 working days of cadres and soldiers to repair and renew 2,737 models of teaching aids and training equipment and consolidate 539 training grounds and technical and tactical training grounds.

On the other hand, to continuously improve the quality of training, the Provincial Military Command has mobilized agencies and units to promote technical innovation initiatives.

The officers and soldiers checked and refined each initiative, improved the teaching model for display; enthusiastically practiced for the parade at the training launch ceremony; did a good job of preparing from the document system to the facilities and equipment for training to the state of combat readiness... are the beautiful images that we recorded at the training center of the provincial military.

Colonel Hoang Xuan Dong, Deputy Commander and Chief of Staff of the Provincial Military Command, affirmed: “Up to this point, all of our preparations have been completed. All officers and soldiers of the provincial military are ready for a new training season with the spirit of “speed, determination to win.”
