Starting production and brand building in 2017, by 2020, Tan Viet A vermicelli products (Minh Tam commune, Nguyen Binh district, Cao Bang province) were certified as 3-star OCOP products. In 2023, the product was certified as 4-star OCOP products. Thanks to implementing solutions and constantly improving quality, the cooperative's products have reached far and "covered" the entire domestic market. In particular, Tan Viet A vermicelli fully meets the standards for export to international markets.
Director of Tan Viet A Cao Bang Agricultural Cooperative Tran Duc Hieu said that in early January 2025, the first shipment of 4 tons of Tan Viet A vermicelli was exported to the US market. According to the contract, the cooperative will provide 4 tons of vermicelli per month to the partner for export to the US market. This is a major development step, demonstrating the cooperative's continuous efforts to improve product quality, build brands, and develop markets.

From the traditional vermicelli making profession, Mr. Hoang Van Tuan's family registered to build an OCOP product and implemented processes and requirements to improve quality, ensuring the prescribed standards for Cao Tuyen traditional dry vermicelli products (Hung Dao commune, Cao Bang city). After being recognized as an OCOP product, he invested in expanding production using modern technology. Each day, the facility can process 1-2 tons of vermicelli, creating regular jobs for 4-6 workers.

Currently, Cao Bang has 171 OCOP products; including 10 4-star OCOP products and 161 3-star OCOP products belonging to 4 product groups of 117 implementing entities. Cao Bang province regularly pays attention to trade promotion activities, introducing and promoting products in many forms such as through organizing OCOP product trade promotion fairs or integrating the content of displaying and promoting OCOP products at events and festivals. By 2025, the province strives to have 150 OCOP products recognized as 3-star or higher; including 10 new OCOP products; support the completion of dossiers of products with the potential to achieve 5-star rating. Along with that, it is necessary to promote international cooperation activities in promoting and introducing OCOP products to develop OCOP products and foreign markets; select and support OCOP products that meet the standards to participate in major specialized fairs and exhibitions in key markets such as the US, Europe, Japan, and China.
The province also continues to strengthen propaganda and training, focusing on propaganda on economic efficiency and increasing the value of OCOP products; integrating and effectively using support resources to implement the OCOP Program.
