The number of business registrations for private tutoring is increasing.

Before the new regulations of Circular 29 issued by the Ministry of Education and Training, in Ha Tinh, many individuals and organizations have registered their businesses to organize extra teaching and learning activities outside of school.

According to Circular 29, regulations on extra teaching and learning issued by the Ministry of Education and Training on December 30, 2024 and effective on February 14, 2025, organizations or individuals organizing extra teaching and learning activities outside of school with fees from students must register their business in accordance with the provisions of law.

Therefore, in order not to violate the provisions of this circular, recently at the District Public Administration Centers, the number of citizens coming to transact and complete procedures to register for organizing extra teaching activities has increased dramatically. According to initial statistics, there are localities with a large number of registration files such as Ha Tinh city with nearly 400 files, a low number of files such as Thach Ha district with over 40 files, other localities fluctuate from 100 to 200 files.

According to regulations, organizations and individuals organizing extra teaching and learning activities outside of school must register their business according to Decree 01, 2021 of the Government on business registration./
