Specifically, on February 12, 2025, the Government Party Committee issued Decision No. 08-QD/DU on the establishment of the Government Inspectorate Party Committee as the direct superior Party Committee of the grassroots Party organization directly under the Government Party Committee, on the basis of reorganizing the Government Inspectorate Party Committee and taking over the functions and tasks of the Government Inspectorate Party Executive Committee. Thus, according to Decision No. 08-QD/DU, the Government Inspectorate Party Committee currently consists of 20 subordinate Party organizations with 547 Party members.
On February 18, 2025, the Government Party Committee issued Decision No. 23-QD/DU appointing 25 comrades to participate in the Executive Committee of the Government Inspectorate Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term, including: Comrade Doan Hong Phong, member of the Party Central Committee, Government Inspector General; Deputy Inspectors General of the Government: Comrade Duong Quoc Huy, Comrade Bui Ngoc Lam, Comrade Le Sy Bay, Comrade Nguyen Van Cuong, Comrade Le Tien Dat and heads of Departments and Units including: Comrade Nguyen Huu Hoa, Director of the Department of Organization and Personnel; Comrade Le Hong Linh, Director of the Department of Planning and Synthesis; Comrade Trinh Van Toan, Director of Department II; Comrade Hoang Hung, Director of Department I; Mr. Nguyen Tuan Anh, Director of Department III; Comrade Nguyen Duc Hai, Director of Department I; Comrade Nguyen Manh Huong, Director of Department II; Comrade Dao Trung Kien, Director of Department III; Comrade Nguyen Van Canh, Director of Department IV; Comrade Nguyen Manh Cuong, Director of Department V; Comrade Nguyen Hong Diep, Head of the Central Citizen Reception Committee; Comrade Tran Dang Vinh, Director of the Legal Department; Comrade Pham Hung, Chief of Office; Comrade Do Manh Hung, Director of the International Cooperation Department; Comrade Nguyen Tuan Anh, Editor-in-Chief of Thanh Tra Newspaper; Comrade Nguyen Van Luong, Editor-in-Chief of Thanh Tra Magazine; Comrade Nguyen Thi Thanh Tu, Deputy Chief of the Office of the Party and Mass Organizations; Comrade Pham Minh Tuan, Deputy Chief of the Office of the Party and Mass Organizations; Comrade Dinh Ngoc Tan, Secretary of the Youth Union.
Also in Decision No. 23-QD/DU, the Government Party Committee made the appointment to participate in the Standing Committee and Inspection Committee of the Government Inspectorate Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.
Specifically, the Standing Committee of the Government Inspectorate Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term has 09 members, including: Comrade Doan Hong Phong, member of the Party Central Committee, Government Inspector General; Deputy Government Inspectors General including comrades Duong Quoc Huy, Bui Ngoc Lam, Le Sy Bay, Nguyen Van Cuong, Le Tien Dat and comrade Nguyen Huu Hoa, Head of the Department of Organization and Personnel; comrade Le Hong Linh, Head of the Department of Planning and Synthesis; comrade Trinh Van Toan, Head of Department II.
Appoint comrade Doan Hong Phong, member of the Party Central Committee, Inspector General of the Government to hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of the Government Inspectorate for the 2020-2025 term; comrade Duong Quoc Huy, Deputy Inspector General of the Government to hold the position of Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Government Inspectorate for the 2020-2025 term.
The Government Inspectorate Party Committee's Inspection Committee for the 2020 - 2025 term, appointed by the Government Party Committee, has 07 members, including comrade Le Hong Linh, Director of the Planning and Synthesis Department, holding the position of Chairman of the Party Committee's Inspection Committee; comrade Pham Minh Tuan, Deputy Chief of the Party - Mass Organization Office, holding the position of Deputy Chairman of the Party Committee's Inspection Committee; comrade Hoang Hung, Director of Department I, concurrently holding the position of Deputy Chairman of the Party Committee's Inspection Committee; members include comrade Ngo Manh Hung, Deputy Director of Department I; comrade Tran Van Long, Deputy Director of the Legal Department; comrade Do Trung Kien, Deputy Director of Department III and comrade Nguyen Van Tuan, Deputy Director of Department IV.
At the Conference, Comrade Nguyen Huu Hoa, Director of the Department of Organization and Personnel, presented the draft working regulations of the Party Executive Committee of the Government Inspectorate for the 2020-2025 term and listened to delegates' comments and additions.
In his concluding remarks at the conference, comrade Doan Hong Phong, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Government Inspectorate Party Committee, and Inspector General of the Government acknowledged, commended and congratulated the members and former members of the Government Inspectorate Party Committee for their excellent performance in their tasks and contributions to the work results of the Government Inspectorate Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.
Comrade Doan Hong Phong requested that comrades in the Executive Committee of the Government Inspectorate Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term urgently contribute their comments to the draft Working Regulations of the Executive Committee of the Government Inspectorate Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term. The Standing Committee will carefully consider and absorb them to complete the draft Regulations.
Regarding the content of implementing the task of innovating, arranging, streamlining the apparatus to be lean, compact, strong, and operate effectively, efficiently, and effectively according to Resolution 18-NQ/TW of the entire Inspectorate sector, the Secretary of the Government Inspectorate Party Committee requested all cadres and party members to maintain their ideological stance and concentrate to excellently complete the assigned political tasks.
