On the afternoon of October 28, at the Ministry of Industry and Trade, a ceremony was held to hand over the decision to appoint Ms. Trinh Thi Thu Hien as Deputy Director of the Import-Export Department.
Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Nguyen Sinh Nhat Tan chaired the ceremony. The ceremony was attended by representatives of the Department of Organization and Personnel - Ministry of Industry and Trade, and staff of the Import-Export Department.

At the ceremony, Ms. Trinh Thi Thu Hien - Head of the Department of Industrial Goods Import and Export was appointed to the position of Deputy Director of the Import and Export Department. Ms. Trinh Thi Thu Hien received a leadership position allowance with a coefficient of 0.8.

Speaking at the assignment, Deputy Minister Nguyen Sinh Nhat Tan, on behalf of the Minister and the Party Committee of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, congratulated the Import-Export Department on having a new leader.
"Through more than 20 years of work, comrade Trinh Thi Thu Hien has proven her capacity, participated in many tasks and excellently completed the tasks assigned by the Import-Export Department - Ministry of Industry and Trade. This also demonstrates the solidarity of the Board of Directors and the collective of the Import-Export Department when they have trained and guided comrade Trinh Thi Thu Hien to develop well during her working time" - Deputy Minister Nguyen Sinh Nhat Tan acknowledged. At the same time, he expressed his hope that in her new position, comrade Trinh Thi Thu Hien will continue to promote and strive to keep up with the work and excellently complete the tasks.

Speaking to receive the direction of Deputy Minister Nguyen Sinh Nhat Tan, the new Deputy Director of the Import-Export Department Trinh Thi Thu Hien said: "I would like to sincerely thank the trust of the Ministry of Industry and Trade's Board of Directors, the Import-Export Department as well as the support of the staff, civil servants and employees at the Department. With my new position, I am ready to take on the job. I promise to strive to complete the work well with the spirit of promoting solidarity, for the common benefit of the collective."
Also at the ceremony, Director of the Import-Export Department Nguyen Anh Son expressed: "With the attention of the leaders of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Import-Export Department has now completed its leadership personnel. I hope that in the coming time, the leaders of the Ministry of Industry and Trade will continue to have close instructions to help the Import-Export Department to successfully complete the assigned tasks."
The Import-Export Department is an organization under the Ministry of Industry and Trade, performing the function of advising and assisting the Minister of Industry and Trade in state management and law enforcement of activities of export and import of goods, border trade, origin of goods, logistics services, temporary import for re-export, temporary export for re-import, border transfer (international trade of goods), agency for purchase, sale, processing and transit of goods with foreign countries under the state management scope of the Ministry of Industry and Trade according to the provisions of law and decentralization and authorization of the Minister of Industry and Trade.
