Yen Bai - Implementing Plan 196 of the Ministry of Public Security, from August 1, the Traffic Police force of Yen Bai Provincial Police simultaneously launched a general inspection of passenger and cargo transport vehicles in the entire province.

The plan for general control of passenger transport vehicles and container freight vehicles recently issued by the Ministry of Public Security is divided into two phases.
In phase 1 (from August 1 to 14), the traffic police will propagate and mobilize vehicle owners, business owners and drivers to comply with the law and sign a commitment to ensure traffic safety and order. In phase 2 (from August 15 to October 15), police units and localities will simultaneously patrol, control and handle violations.
Accordingly, the authorities will focus on inspecting and handling violations related to alcohol and drug levels; expired vehicles, vehicles that have expired inspection, are oversized and overloaded; and control passenger transport vehicles and container freight vehicles in the province. During the implementation process, the authorities will resolutely handle all violations in the spirit of the rule of law, with no forbidden areas and no exceptions.
The serious implementation of the Ministry of Public Security's plan by the Traffic Police of Yen Bai Province will contribute to limiting traffic accidents related to passenger and cargo transport vehicles by container, continuously raising awareness and law-abiding consciousness of vehicle owners and drivers, contributing to building a civilized and safe traffic culture for society.
