PC Yen Bai is managing the electricity sales business for 255,923 customers. In 2024, although the business and customer service activities faced many difficulties, thanks to the synchronous implementation of goals and solutions, the Company exceeded its electricity business targets.
In 2024, the Company's commercial electricity output will reach nearly 1,336.85 million kWh, an increase of 6.89% compared to 2023; electricity revenue will be over VND 2,689 billion; electricity loss will be 4.97%, a decrease of 0.4% compared to 2023.
The digital transformation work in the field of business and customer service of the Company has achieved good results with 5 basic tasks including: Online service; customer service application; field application for field staff of the business and customer service sector; using the customer service app... contributing to perfecting the customer service ecosystem to improve the quality of customer service. In 2024, the Company will digitize and store 100% of electricity purchase and sale contracts electronically, the rate of customers paying electricity bills without using cash will reach 85%...
The Company continues to maintain and improve the quality of corporate culture to meet production and business requirements. In particular, it focuses on building a professional and effective working style, building a quality working environment, and enhancing the trust of employees in the Electricity industry towards customers and partners.
Promoting the achieved results, in 2025, PC Yen Bai strives to reach 1,361 million kWh of commercial electricity, an increase of 5.24% compared to 2024, the average electricity price increases by 3.73 VND/kWh, the electricity bill payment rate reaches 99.8% or more; the rate of customers paying without cash strives to reach 90%... At the same time, create a friendly working environment, ensure fairness and transparency, contribute to making the electricity industry culture penetrate deeply into the work and daily life of officers and employees in the Company.
At the Conference, PC Yen Bai launched the Emulation Movement to complete business targets and inspect and supervise electricity trading in 2025 and organized the signing of a commitment to implement corporate culture in 2025 between departments and units. Thereby, contributing to promoting the implementation of corporate culture throughout the Company, aiming to improve service quality and customer satisfaction, determined to complete production and business tasks in 2025.
