Coming to the 2025 Coffee and OCOP Products Exhibition Fair, one of the 17 main activities of the 9th Buon Ma Thuot Coffee Festival in 2025, many coffee production, processing and trading business owners and coffee growers expressed their joy and excitement at the diversity of products made from coffee. The 2025 Coffee and OCOP Products Exhibition Fair within the framework of the 9th Buon Ma Thuot Coffee Festival in 2025 is of national scale and only takes place every two years, so it attracts many coffee production, processing and trading enterprises and fertilizer production and trading enterprises, coffee-related ancillary products in and outside the province to participate. Because this is a good opportunity to introduce, connect and promote the Vietnamese coffee brand to domestic and international consumers.

A large number of people and tourists visited the 2025 Coffee and OCOP Products Exhibition Fair.

This year's specialized exhibition fair on coffee and OCOP products attracted 180 domestic and foreign units and enterprises with 435 booths displaying coffee products and items such as machinery, equipment, agriculture, fertilizers, coffee industry auxiliary items, etc.

In addition, this year's Fair also organizes a booth displaying OCOP products, typical agricultural products from many localities across the country. This is an opportunity for Dak Lak people and visitors to the festival to not only enjoy coffee but also visit and enjoy OCOP products from many different localities and regions in the country.

Vice Chairman of the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee Truong Cong Thai said that Dak Lak currently has the largest coffee growing area in Vietnam with 212,106 hectares, with an annual output of more than 535,000 tons. Dak Lak Province is very proud to contribute to affirming Vietnam's position on the world coffee map.

Therefore, in the 9th Buon Ma Thuot Coffee Festival in 2025, the Organizing Committee decided to organize a specialized exhibition fair on coffee and OCOP products for businesses and investors to introduce typical coffee and OCOP products. This is a space for businesses and investors to meet, exchange experiences, expand cooperation and develop links. Through exchange, connection and promotion activities, the Fair will contribute to enhancing the image of Buon Ma Thuot with famous coffee brands; affirming an attractive destination, introducing tourism potential, promoting investment in the field of coffee and agricultural products.

“The 2025 Coffee and OCOP Products Exhibition is a testament to Dak Lak province’s efforts in building and promoting Vietnamese coffee in general and Buon Ma Thuot coffee in particular to become a world-famous brand. At the same time, this year’s Fair also has an important meaning towards the sustainable development of the Vietnamese coffee industry,” said Vice Chairman of the Dak Lak Provincial People’s Committee Truong Cong Thai.

With that in mind, Dak Lak province hopes that coffee products that are deeply processed, diversified, and combined with modern technology will increase export value and bring Buon Ma Thuot coffee closer to consumers around the world. At the same time, the activities taking place at the Fair are also an opportunity for businesses and farmers to update new trends, apply science and technology to production, aiming for sustainable development, linking natural resource conservation with economic development.

Mr. Le Ba Ngoc, Director of LBN Production-Trade-Service Joint Stock Company from Khanh Hoa province, introduces the coffee roasting system.

“In particular, Dak Lak province is currently building Buon Ma Thuot city as a destination for world coffee, so the province calls on domestic and international businesses and investors to join hands so that coffee is not only a drink, a unique cultural symbol connecting people around the world but also the pride of Vietnam,” emphasized comrade Truong Cong Thai.

Director of the Department of Industry and Trade of Dak Lak Province, Luu Van Khoi, Head of the Fair Organizing Committee, shared: The Fair is organized on a large scale and has diverse booths, so consumers will have better access to the products of businesses. In addition, many participating booths both display and livestream (live broadcast on social networking platforms) to sell products. This not only helps businesses introduce and connect but also promotes coffee products, local OCOP products to tourists and expand the business network. Through the Fair, people and businesses will have the opportunity to update new trends in business and applications of science and technology in production. Thereby aiming to develop the sustainable coffee industry.

Coming to the Coffee and OCOP Products Exhibition Fair within the framework of the 9th Buon Ma Thuot Coffee Festival in 2025, coffee production, processing and trading enterprises as well as thousands of coffee growers in Dak Lak province were very excited, because coffee prices were at the highest level in history at more than 135,000 VND/kg, so activities from production, processing, trading and exporting were all very vibrant. In particular, some coffee products were introduced to consumers for the first time at the fair.

Mr. Le Hong Vinh, owner of a civet farm in Buon Don district, Dak Lak province, introduces VIELITE civet coffee products.

Mr. Le Hong Vinh, owner of a civet farm in Buon Don district, Dak Lak province with the VIELITE civet coffee product, said: I have been raising civets and started researching the production of civet coffee products for five years now. In the past, I have traveled to many places to research the production of civet coffee, then applied it to the reality of raising civets and successfully produced civet coffee. Today, participating in the Coffee and OCOP Products Exhibition Fair, for the first time I announced and introduced the VIELITE civet coffee product to consumers, because this is the best opportunity when thousands of people and domestic and international tourists come to the fair. Currently, the company has only produced about 350kg with a selling price of 10 million VND/kg. With this new product, we aim to diversify coffee products, contributing to increasing the value of Vietnamese coffee. Hopefully, through this year's Coffee Exhibition, the Dak Lak coffee brand in particular and Vietnamese coffee in general will be spread to the world market.

Mr. Nguyen Tri Thang, Director of Ea Tan Cooperative, Krong Nang District, Dak Lak Province, said that Ea Tan Cooperative is the first unit in Dak Lak Province to produce coffee with international certifications such as 4C, Organic, Rainforest Alliance/UTZ, Shade-Grown Coffee... and specialty coffee, but for a long time has only cooperated and supplied Simexco Daklak for export to countries around the world.

“Participating in this year’s Coffee Exhibition, Ea Tan Cooperative introduces internationally certified coffee products and specialty coffee produced by the cooperative itself, especially ground coffee, with the hope that the cooperative’s high-quality coffee products will be known to domestic and international consumers. In particular, through this fair, we want to find partners to bring Ea Tan coffee products to major supermarket chains across the country, thereby creating a strong spread of Dak Lak coffee,” said Mr. Nguyen Tri Thang.

Ea Tan Cooperative, Krong Nang District, Dak Lak Province introduces internationally certified coffee products at the fair.

After five times participating in the Coffee Specialized Exhibition Fair within the framework of Buon Ma Thuot Coffee Festival, coffee products of HUCAFOOD Production and Trading Company Limited, Nha Trang City, Khanh Hoa Province are not only introduced into the system of large domestic supermarkets but also exported to many countries and territories around the world in large quantities.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Dung, General Director of HUCAFOOD Production and Trading Company Limited said: “Participating in this year's fair, in addition to introducing and promoting HUCAFOOD coffee products, the company also wants to seek investment opportunities to build a deep processing factory for coffee products right in Dak Lak province, the largest coffee raw material area in the country to save on transportation costs.

It is known that within the framework of this year's Buon Ma Thuot Coffee Festival, Dak Lak province started construction of Phu Xuan Industrial Park. Right after this festival, we will research and promote investment in building a coffee processing factory in Dak Lak to join hands with Dak Lak province to bring the Vietnamese coffee brand to fly high and reach far."

In the fair grounds, the booths displaying scientific and technological equipment and technical innovations serving the field of coffee planting and processing attracted a large number of people to visit, learn and shop. Mr. Le Ba Ngoc, Director of LBN Production-Trade-Service Joint Stock Company from Khanh Hoa province, said that the company has been operating for many years in the field of providing solutions and equipment for coffee roasting and grinding. At the 2025 Coffee and OCOP Products Exhibition, the unit displayed, promoted and supplied coffee roasting machines designed by the company itself. These are new, advanced and modern products to support businesses, traders and coffee processors to reduce investment costs and improve the quality and value of coffee.

Therefore, coming to this year's coffee exhibition fair, he learned about smart irrigation equipment, water-saving irrigation and equipment for fertilizing nutrients through drip irrigation systems... These are new, advanced and modern products to support farmers in achieving high farming efficiency, low production costs, suitable for dry weather, hot weather, multi-crop gardens...

The 2025 Coffee and OCOP Products Exhibition Fair within the framework of the 9th Buon Ma Thuot Coffee Festival 2025 at the national level will take place from March 9 to 13 at the Dak Lak Provincial Culture and Tourism Center. This is truly a space for businesses, cooperatives, localities, and investors to introduce typical coffee and OCOP products; at the same time, it is an opportunity for businesses and investors to meet, exchange experiences, expand cooperation, develop links, contribute to enhancing the value and strongly spreading the Vietnamese coffee brand in the world market.
