In the morning, the National Assembly voted to pass the Law on People's Air Defense; the Law on Trade Unions (amended); and the National Assembly's Resolution on investment policy for the National Target Program on Cultural Development for the 2025-2035 period.

Delegates discussed in the hall the draft Law on Employment (amended). The Minister of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs explained and clarified a number of issues raised by National Assembly delegates.

In the afternoon, the National Assembly will vote to pass the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Health Insurance; Resolution on investment policy for the National Target Program on Drug Prevention and Control until 2030.

Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance explained and clarified a number of issues raised by National Assembly deputies.

The National Assembly then discussed: Work reports of the Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court and the Chief Prosecutor of the Supreme People's Procuracy; crime prevention and control work and law violations; execution work; corruption prevention and control work in 2024; Results of monitoring the settlement of voters' petitions sent to the 7th Session of the 15th National Assembly; Results of receiving citizens, handling petitions and resolving citizens' complaints and denunciations in 2024.

Late in the afternoon, the National Assembly voted to pass the following contents: Law on Notarization (amended); Law on Urban and Rural Planning; Law on Value Added Tax (amended).
