Guidelines for organizing the 2025 High School Graduation Exam

Accordingly, the 2025 High School Graduation Exam will be held on June 25, 26, 27, and 28. Of which: June 25 is for exam registration procedures; June 26 and 27 is for exam supervision; June 28 is reserved.

Particularly for the organization of exams for candidates taking the exam with the exam questions of the 2006 General Education Program, based on the number of candidates registering for the exam, the Departments of Education and Training will arrange a number of exam locations specifically for candidates. Candidates can register for the exam, register for graduation recognition in person or online. The time frames in the organization of the exam and the codes of the exam councils are implemented according to this document.

The Department of Education and Training closely coordinates with local departments and branches to ensure proper implementation of the Examination Regulations, this Instructional Document and instructions on coordination of examination organization by competent authorities (if any).

The work of ensuring safety and security of the Exam continues to be carried out according to the Guidelines for coordinating the implementation of tasks to ensure security and safety of the High School Graduation Exam.

The Departments of Education and Training shall implement the reporting regime in a timely manner, in accordance with the prescribed form; fully update data and check accuracy before reporting to the Ministry of Education and Training.

If any unusual situation arises that affects the preparation and organization of the exam, especially the stages of printing, invigilation, grading, and review, the units must immediately report to the Standing Committee of the National Steering Committee for the 2025 High School Graduation Exam.

In April and May 2025, the Ministry of Education and Training will organize technical training conferences on organizing the 2025 high school graduation exam for all localities.
