On the morning of March 24, Hoan Kiem District Party Committee held a conference to disseminate the implementation of Conclusion 127-KL/TU dated February 28, 2025 of the Politburo and the Secretariat "on implementing research and proposing to continue to reorganize the apparatus of the political system" and Conclusion No. 128-KL/TU dated March 7, 2025 of the Politburo on "Personnel work policy".
