Yen Bai: 04 products recognized as 4-star OCOP

04 products of Suoi Giang Tourism Ecosystem Cooperative are recognized as 4-star OCOP products

The 4 products recognized as achieving 4-star status all belong to Suoi Giang Eco-tourism Cooperative (Suoi Giang Commune, Van Chan District, Yen Bai Province) including the following products: Dai Lao Vuong Tra - Suoi Giang Black Tea; Dai Lao Vuong Tra - Suoi Giang Yellow Tea; Dai Lao Vuong Tra - Suoi Giang White Tea; Dai Lao Vuong Tra - Suoi Giang Leaf Tea.

Products recognized as achieving 4-star status are granted a certificate by the Provincial People's Committee; use the OCOP Program logo and star ranking printed on product packaging according to regulations.

Certificates for OCOP products are valid for 36 months from the date of issuance of the Decision (March 19, 2025).

The Provincial People's Committee directs the Provincial OCOP Product Evaluation and Classification Council to organize the announcement and award of Certificates to entities granted Certificates of OCOP products according to regulations. Coordinate with the Department of Industry and Trade to guide the People's Committee of Van Chan district and production entities to use and print the logo of the OCOP Program and star rankings on recognized products according to regulations.

Relevant departments and branches, based on the functions and tasks of the responsible sector, guide and support the People's Committee of Van Chan district and OCOP product producers to participate in trade promotion, connecting market supply and demand to boost the consumption of OCOP products; continue to support the subjects to standardize recognized OCOP products to upgrade products to higher star ratings according to regulations.

Cooperatives with products recognized in this Decision are responsible for completing products to ensure quality according to the regulations of the OCOP Program.
