Kinhtedothi - On the afternoon of February 28, Da Nang City Police held a ceremony to announce the decision to transfer and appoint officers after dissolving the district and county police.
According to the decision of the Director of Da Nang City Police, 6 district police chiefs were transferred to the City Police, holding the positions of heads of professional departments, effective from March 1, 2025.
Specifically, Lieutenant Colonel Tran Van Tam, former Chief of Hai Chau District Police, holds the position of Head of the Economic Police Department.
Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Thanh Nam, former Chief of Son Tra District Police, holds the position of Chief Inspector of City Police.
Lieutenant Colonel Phan Van Thuong, former Chief of Thanh Khe District Police, holds the position of Chief of Traffic Police Department.
Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Xuan Vinh, former Chief of Ngu Hanh Son District Police, holds the position of Head of the Criminal Techniques Department.
Lieutenant Colonel Ngo Van Cong, former Chief of Lien Chieu District Police, holds the position of Head of Economic Security Department.
Lieutenant Colonel Mai Chien Thang, former Chief of Hoa Vang District Police, holds the position of Deputy Head of the Organization and Personnel Department.
On this occasion, Da Nang City Police awarded early retirement and retirement decisions to two department-level leaders, including Colonel Dang Van Khuon, Chief of Cam Le District Police, and Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Chinh, Deputy Head of the Staff Department.
