Ion Life alkaline ionized water uses precious underground water sources in Long An, which are famous for their natural mineral content, ensuring the provision of safe products, bringing optimal health benefits to consumers.
To produce high quality alkaline ionized water, i-on Life applies an advanced production process with three main stages:
- Phase 1: Clean the input water source
i-on Life applies modern filtration technology to remove impurities and bacteria in groundwater, ensuring clean water before entering the electrolysis process, meeting ISO 22000:2018 and HACCP quality standards.
- Phase 2: Applying water electrolysis technology
The treated water is fed into an electrolyzer to separate into hydrogen ions (H⁺) and hydroxyl (OH⁻). At the cathode, H⁺ ions receive electrons and form hydrogen gas and increase the concentration of OH⁻ ions, forming alkaline ionized water with a pH of 8.5 - 9.5 with natural alkalinity like green vegetables, without adding electrolytic chemicals. Electrolysis technology is the factor that creates outstanding properties, bringing health benefits that conventional water filtration technologies cannot replace.
- Phase 3: Bottling and product distribution
After electrolysis, alkaline ionized water is automatically bottled and bottled in a sterile environment (Clean room), ISO level 8, ensuring the properties of the product over time, preventing bacteria in the air. The product is provided in many different capacities such as 330ml, 450ml, 1.25, 4.5l, 19l, meeting the diverse needs of consumers.
