To contribute to promoting the emulation movement and implementing the key tasks of women's work in general, communication work on preventing and combating domestic violence, gender equality, and the Month of Action for Children in particular, achieving quality and effectiveness, Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Gau requested: Party committees, political commissars, political officers, commanders, and political agencies at all levels to do a good job of political and ideological education and troop management; continue to organize and effectively implement the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws, and military discipline related to gender equality and family issues; especially Directive No. 06 dated June 24, 2021 of the Secretariat on strengthening the Party's leadership in family building in the new situation; Law on Gender Equality; Law on Prevention and Combat of Domestic Violence; "Vietnam Family Development Strategy to 2030".

For the Military Women's Committee, Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Gau requested to be more proactive and active in propaganda, education and mobilization work for women in the entire army to practice the good qualities of Vietnamese women, build Military Women with "Intelligence, courage, discipline and humanity", effectively carry out the emulation movement and the campaign "Building a family of 5 yes, 3 clean". Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Gau believes that with the cooperation and participation of Party committees, political commissars, commanders, political agencies, cadres, employees, soldiers, and women's union members throughout the army, the activities in response to the National Action Month on Domestic Violence Prevention and Control; Action Month for Children and Vietnamese Family Day throughout the army will achieve quality and practical effectiveness, contributing to building a warm and happy military family.

At the program, the Military Women's Committee coordinated with agencies and units throughout the army to present savings books, scholarships, adopt and sponsor orphans and children of policy families who are children of officers and employees of a number of units under the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defense stationed in Hanoi.
