Saving the provincial budget more than 6 billion VND during the peak period of 20 days and nights of data digitization

According to information from the Department of Justice of Quang Tri province, the peak implementation of 20 days and nights to complete the digitization of civil status data in Quang Tri province was completed on March 15, 2025, 5 days ahead of schedule compared to the set plan. Saving the provincial budget more than 6 billion VND compared to the estimated budget for digitizing civil status data in phase 2.

Accordingly, the total number of digitized data during the 20-day peak period was 241,501 data (230,425 data transferred to the database, 11,076 duplicate data that could not be transferred). The total number of data digitized in phase 1 was 542,430 data (514,306 data transferred, 28,124 duplicate data that could not be transferred).

Thus, the total number of digitized data in both phases is 783,931, 744,731 data have been transferred to the electronic civil status database of the Ministry of Justice (95%), 39,200 duplicate data cannot be transferred (5%).

To achieve the above results, in addition to the attention and direction of the Provincial People's Committee, the efforts of localities and the responsible working spirit of the data entry force, there is also the active and responsible support of agencies, units and individuals from the central to local levels that helped Quang Tri complete a large amount of work, finishing ahead of schedule.

It is known that accompanying the judiciary and localities during the peak implementation period, we must mention the role of supporting forces such as teachers, police, border guards, youth unions, and experts invited to participate in digitizing civil status data. The total number of forces participating in data entry is 1,762 people.
