Closing ceremony of the 2025 Military-level "Skilled Civil Affairs" Contest

On March 13, the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army held the closing ceremony of the 2025 "Skilled Civil Affairs" contest for the entire army in the Northern region.

Attending the event were Party Central Committee member, Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission Pham Tat Thang, and Party Central Committee member, Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army Lieutenant General Thai Dai Ngoc.

From March 11 to 13, the "Skillful Civil Affairs" contest at the military level in the Northern region took place in an exciting, attractive and successful manner. The contest had 26 teams from agencies and units directly under the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defense participating with 520 members. The members of the participating teams were very diverse, ranging from employees, soldiers, workers to senior officers and officials.

The highlight of the first-ever "Skilled Mass Mobilization" Contest held this year at the military level is the emphasis on practicality, with knowledge and skills in mass mobilization work closely linked to practice, typical models, and good practices introduced all originating from real models and real practices, generalized in a theatrical form to make it lively and attractive, creating better dissemination, contributing to affirming that the army's mass mobilization work is a bright spot in the Party's mass mobilization work.

At the end of the contest, the Organizing Committee awarded Emulation Flags, Certificates of Merit, and Certificates of the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army to the teams with good and excellent achievements in the contest; the teams that won First and Second prizes in the contest; and the collectives and individuals with good achievements in organizing, implementing, and ensuring service for the contest.
