On November 29, in Hanoi, Mr. Cao Xuan Thao, Head of the Movement Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee, received support for people in the Northern provinces to overcome the consequences of storm No. 3 (Yagi) from Sunshine Vietnam Co., Ltd. in Japan in the amount of 300 million VND.
Presenting the donation to the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, Mr. Pham Dinh Thuong, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sunshine Vietnam Company in Japan, hoped that through the Central Relief Mobilization Committee, this amount of money would continue to be promptly distributed to the people who were heavily affected when storm No. 3 passed.
“Giving the donation and receiving the thank you letter from the Vietnam Fatherland Front is a meaningful recognition for the Company's staff as well as the Vietnamese community living and working in Japan, thereby further motivating us to have more practical activities towards our homeland, supporting people in difficult circumstances,” Mr. Pham Dinh Thuong shared.
With sincere gratitude to the noble gesture of Sunshine Vietnam Co., Ltd. in Japan, Mr. Cao Xuan Thao, Head of the Movement Department of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, acknowledged and highly appreciated the Company's efforts in caring for and supporting people in difficult circumstances in the host country as well as the poor and disadvantaged people in the homeland, especially when the country suffered from natural disasters, storms and floods...
According to Mr. Cao Xuan Thao, up to this point, the Central Relief Mobilization Committee has received support from agencies, organizations, individuals, and philanthropists at home and abroad in the amount of over 2,200 billion VND. From the amount received, the Central Relief Mobilization Committee has allocated 2,040.050 billion VND (Two thousand and forty billion, fifty million VND). The remaining amount will be based on the actual situation in the localities to continue to allocate so that the localities have more resources to rebuild the lives of the people in the area.
Mr. Cao Xuan Thao emphasized that, with its role, in the coming time, the Vietnam Fatherland Front is ready to connect with localities facing difficulties so that organizations and individuals can directly support those facing difficulties in housing, schools, etc.; at the same time, he hopes that the Company will continue to accompany the Vietnam Fatherland Front in implementing support for eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses for poor households and households in difficult circumstances nationwide in the coming time.
On the same day, Mr. Cao Xuan Thao received support from XGame Technology and Service Joint Stock Company in the amount of 120.5 million VND.
