The European Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam (EuroCham) announced that on April 11, the organization will hold a White Book launching ceremony in Hanoi. This is an important milestone for the organization in the process of development cooperation in Vietnam.
The EuroCham White Paper launch event will be attended by EU Trade Commissioner Maroš Šefčovič. The event not only demonstrates a sustained commitment to improving the investment climate, but also creates new momentum for deeper economic cooperation between the two regions.

Notably, in the announcement released on the afternoon of March 24 by EuroCham, it was said that this week, the EuroCham business delegation on a business trip to Brussels (Belgium) will participate in high-level meetings with leaders of the European Commission, laying the foundation for the upcoming visit of President of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen as well as a number of European Commissioners to Vietnam.
Mr. Bruno Jaspaert - Chairman of EuroCham said that Vietnam is changing strongly, and EuroCham must also be a pioneer in adapting to those changes.
Previously, on March 20, EuroCham held its Annual General Meeting in Hanoi, electing 17 members for the 2025 term. Mr. Bruno Jaspaert - General Director of Deep C Vietnam Industrial Park Complex, was re-elected as Chairman of EuroCham.
In his speech at the congress, EU Ambassador to Vietnam Julien Guerrier emphasized the significance of the 35-year diplomatic relationship between the EU and Vietnam, along with the 5-year milestone of the EU-Vietnam Free Trade Agreement (EVFTA).
He appreciated the role of EuroCham in providing in-depth analysis of the business environment, helping to reflect the concerns of businesses. At the same time, he shared the vision of a Vietnam with a transparent, safe and more attractive legal system for investors as well as EU exporters.
“The close cooperation between the EU delegation and EuroCham opens up new opportunities for growth and investment,” said Mr. Guerrier.
