Youth of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism spread national cultural identity, join hands to connect traditional arts

This is an activity within the framework of the Program "Bringing members to the Traditional Art Theater" in 2025 of the Youth Union of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, and at the same time responding to Youth Month (March 26, 1931 - March 26, 2025) and Hue National Tourism Year - 2025.

Within the framework of the program "Bringing members to traditional art theaters" in 2024, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism chaired and coordinated with the Vietnam Tuong Theater, Youth Unions of relevant ministries to organize a performance of the play "Mother's Love".

The program "Bringing members to traditional art theaters" aims to implement the program "Bringing members to cultural sites" launched by the Government 's Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union.

Following the success of 2024, the program "Bringing members to traditional art theaters" initiated by the Standing Committee of the Youth Union of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism continues to be a key and impressive activity throughout 2025. After 1 year of implementation, the program has attracted the attention and enthusiastic participation of youth union members of affiliated units and other Youth Unions. In the coming time, the Youth Union of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism hopes to receive the companionship and support of units to join hands in connecting traditional arts, widely spreading the national cultural identity to young people.

The program "Melodies of the Imperial City - Journey of Youth" is an opportunity for young people to learn about traditional art forms, including Hue Royal Court Music.

By participating in activities to experience and learn about heritage, members will become "cultural storytellers", carrying the responsibility of spreading and protecting the precious traditional cultural values ​​of the nation, thereby contributing to preserving and promoting the heritage of Nha Nhac for future generations.

Ms. Le Minh Duc, Secretary of the Youth Union of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, said that in recent times, the Youth Union of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has made constant efforts to promote traditional arts to the younger generation.

"The program "Bringing members to traditional art theaters" is a practical and meaningful initiative, contributing to creating conditions for the young generation to access and understand more deeply the value of traditional art. Thereby opening up rich and unique experiences, thereby arousing love and pride in national culture and art in the hearts of every young person" - Ms. Le Minh Duc affirmed.

The program "Melodies of the Imperial City - Journey of Youth" is expected to attract 200 members and young people from various units. This is not only an opportunity for members to participate in traditional art activities, but also an important step in raising awareness of the role and value of traditional art forms, including Hue Royal Court Music.
