Conference on Connecting Import-Export Enterprises of Ha Giang (Vietnam) - Van Son Chau (China) in 2025

On the afternoon of March 24, at Yen Bien Luxury Hotel, Ha Giang city, a conference was held to connect import-export enterprises between Ha Giang province, Vietnam and   Wenshan County, China 2025. Attendance   The conference had comrade Hoang Minh Son, Consulate General of Vietnam in Kunming city, Yunnan province, China. On the side of Ha Giang province, there were   Comrade Hoang Gia Long, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee ; leaders of a number of departments, branches, sectors and Standing Committees of the People's Committees of districts and cities. On the side of Van Son district, there were leaders of the Trade Department and a number of relevant units of Van Son district.

In recent times, the exchange and cooperation relationship between the Department of Industry and Trade of Ha Giang province, Vietnam and the Department of Trade of Van Son district, Yunnan province, China has continued to be promoted and maintained through information exchange activities, sending letters, organizing visits and working sessions, talks, etc. The two sides have actively consulted, coordinated in organizing and participating in many programs and events to promote trade and services with high results. In addition to the achieved results, there are also some difficulties and limitations such as: The value of exported goods has increased in recent times but is not stable and unsustainable, not fully exploiting the potential of the border gate system; Border markets and traditional openings are still closed . Therefore, business representatives of both sides also proposed the need for specific support mechanisms, creating favorable conditions for import and export enterprises; The two sides' export business associations regularly exchange and provide market information, consumer tastes, and standards and technical requirements for goods to make appropriate adjustments. Relevant agencies of both sides accompany businesses in finding more partners and expanding markets...

Speaking at the conference, Standing Vice Chairman of Ha Giang Provincial People's Committee Hoang Gia Long emphasized: The conference connecting import-export enterprises in Ha Giang - Van Son in 2025 is a practical activity responding to the "Vietnam - China Humanitarian Exchange Year" and the 75th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and China ; creating a breakthrough in increasing import-export turnover, creating momentum for cooperation programs and contents in the next period . Standing Vice Chairman of Ha Giang Provincial People's Committee Hoang Gia Long suggested that the functional agencies of both sides continue to strengthen mutual trust, proactively exchange and implement common perceptions discussed and signed by senior leaders of the two Parties, two States, and two localities. Actively and synchronously implement bilateral and multilateral trade agreements that both sides have signed.

Standing Vice Chairman of Ha Giang Provincial People's Committee Hoang Gia Long also hopes that the Vietnamese Consulate General in Kunming, China will continue to connect and promote the friendly relationship and mutually beneficial cooperation between the two sides. Support in promoting and introducing products; connect and promote the attraction of science and technology enterprises in the agricultural sector of Yunnan province to link up, cooperate and invest in Ha Giang. Central ministries and branches are interested in supporting the province in promoting, advertising and consuming products, creating favorable conditions for customs clearance of goods. For businesses of both sides, actively exchange and quickly implement the agreements reached to achieve high efficiency in trade activities.

Import-export enterprises of both sides sign contracts and memorandums of understanding for cooperation.

At the Conference, import-export enterprises of Ha Giang province and Van Son district, Yunnan province, China signed contracts in a number of fields such as: Investment, trade, technology, pharmaceuticals, agriculture... and signed a memorandum of understanding between the two sides.
