The economic structure has gradually shifted positively, towards a more sustainable direction. Through exchanging experiences with Quang Ninh province, he affirmed that this is a valuable lesson, a good experience for other localities, including Ca Mau province to learn and implement, contributing to promoting the work of Party building, the political system and promoting local socio-economic development.

Comrade Tran Quoc Toan, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Hung Yen province, informed: In 2024, the province's economic growth rate will reach 7.7%; the average gross domestic product per capita will reach 121.3 million VND; the state budget revenue will reach over 40,000 billion VND (122.2% of the estimate); the poverty rate will decrease to 0.44% and strive to have no poor households by the end of 2025... Comrade Tran Quoc Toan said: Ca Mau and Hung Yen have many potentials and advantages that are quite similar, so there are many areas where we can exchange, share, learn experiences, new, creative and effective ways of doing things in Party building and the political system; in cooperation in developing culture and tourism; cooperation in developing production, processing and consumption of agricultural and handicraft products...
