Instead, the Pura X design could help Apple solve its facial recognition problem. Some rumors suggest that the foldable iPhone will use Touch ID instead of Face ID due to limited space for the components of 3D facial recognition technology.

Finally, the Pura X is 15.1mm thick when folded, much thicker than other foldable products on the market. Meanwhile, Apple's foldable iPhone is expected to be thinner, providing a better user experience.
