Mobilize accommodation service businesses to improve and repair facilities to serve visitors and tourists in Bac Lieu City. Coordinate with telecommunications and electricity units to bundle cables to help beautify the urban landscape, with priority given to routes leading to tourist areas and spots...

Especially attracting a large number of people and tourists to visit and experience in the ward in particular and the city in general, creating a comprehensive growth step for tourism development in Nha Mat ward to achieve the scale and quality of tourism, ensuring sustainability and long-term implementation. Improve the capacity of state management "on civilized tourism routes in the ward". Continue to build the image of a "safe, friendly, quality, attractive" destination to meet the development needs in the current situation. Encourage the development of many new industries and activities related to tourism, attract effective participation of the community, create motivation to promote tourism development and retail industries of food, souvenirs... In addition, the ward also always closely follows the city's directives on promoting tourism development with the motto "unique products, professional services, competitive prices, green - clean - beautiful environment, safe, civilized and friendly destinations".

Along with Nha Mat Ward, the Youth Union of Ward 2 has also just launched the project "Digitizing historical relics and places of worship in Ward 2" associated with introducing, promoting, developing tourism and contributing to preserving and maintaining traditional cultural values. Thereby, visitors can learn about historical values, traditional culture, unique architectural art and folk festivals. Coming to these relics and tourist attractions, visitors only need to scan the QR code to be immediately provided with necessary information in both Vietnamese and English.

SYNCHRONOUS DEPLOYMENT OF SOLUTIONS

Continuing to promote the city's tourism strengths, the City Party Committee directed that in 2025, sectors and localities will effectively implement Plan 74-KH/TU of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee to implement Conclusion 137-KL/TU of the Provincial Party Committee on continuing to implement Resolution 11-NQ/TU of the Provincial Party Committee's Executive Committee, Term XV, on "Continuing to promote tourism development to 2025, with a vision to 2030". Effectively implement the Project "Tourism development strategy of Bac Lieu City to 2025, with a vision to 2030". Synchronously deploy tourism development solutions towards maximizing tourism potential and advantages in accordance with the approved planning of Bac Lieu province for the period 2021 - 2030, with a vision to 2050.

At the same time, the city also increases investment and calls for investment in developing tourism infrastructure, entertainment areas, and high-quality services. Actively coordinate with provincial departments and branches to create conditions to accelerate the completion of key tourism projects. Research and propose planning for sea encroachment areas to develop coastal ecotourism. Closely coordinate with the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to develop a project to build Nha Mat - Bac Lieu Tourist Area into a national tourist area according to the Tourism System Planning for the period 2021 - 2030, with a vision to 2045 approved by the Prime Minister.

To realize the goal of building Bac Lieu City into a civilized and gradually modern tourist city, the city also expands night-time economic development models; accelerates the completion of walking streets and food markets; develops entertainment, shopping and new tourism products; coordinates with provincial departments and branches to complete investment preparation and implement the construction of a pedestrian bridge (across the Bac Lieu River). Renovate and upgrade existing parks, build new parks; arrange tourist areas in order, improve the quality of services in a professional and standard direction. Continue to operate management software and apply digital maps of the tourism industry; strengthen links and cooperation with localities to connect tours and enhance tourism promotion and advertising, etc.
