On the morning of July 21, the provincial delegation led by Comrade Trieu Dinh Le, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, visited and presented gifts to families of policy beneficiaries and meritorious people in the city on the occasion of the 76th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2023). Also attending were representatives of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, the Provincial Party Committee Office, and the City Party Committee.
The delegation visited and presented gifts to the families of Mr. Duong Dinh Hai, 81% disabled soldier, group 3, Duyet Trung ward; Mr. Hoang Van Sai, 84% disabled soldier, 48% victim of toxic chemicals, group 8, Tan Giang ward; Mr. Nong Hong Quang, 81% disabled soldier, victim of toxic chemicals, group 6, Hop Giang ward.
At the families, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Trieu Dinh Le kindly visited the families' health and daily life and expressed deep gratitude to the families of policy beneficiaries and meritorious people who have made great contributions to the cause of national liberation and protection of the Fatherland; listened to the thoughts and aspirations of the families of martyrs and meritorious people. He hoped that the families would continue to rise up in life, promote revolutionary traditions, and be shining examples in local movements for their descendants to follow.
Propose that local Party committees and authorities continue to pay attention, help and create conditions for policy beneficiaries and meritorious people to reduce difficulties and improve their lives.
The delegation authorized the City to present 22 gifts from the province to policy families in the area.
