Over the past 5 years (2020 - 2024), the patriotic emulation movement of the provincial Procuracy has been continuously promoted and developed in both breadth and depth, creating a vibrant competitive atmosphere throughout the industry. The rate of handling denunciations, crime reports and recommendations for prosecution each year has reached over 90%, exceeding the industry's target. 131 direct inspections were conducted and 132 recommendations were issued to overcome violations; 43 recommendations for preventing violations and crimes were accepted 100%. The 2-level Procuracy has exercised the right to prosecute and investigate nearly 5,800 cases/9,260 defendants, the rate of resolving cases in the investigation phase each year has reached over 85%. The rate of resolving the prosecution phase has reached 100%. The rate of resolving complaints and denunciations of all kinds each year has reached 100%...
After 5 years of thoroughly grasping and organizing the implementation of regular emulation movements, emulation movements by subject launched in the industry and localities, the two levels of the Procuracy have produced many outstanding collectives and individuals, typically: 1 collective was awarded the "First Class Labor Medal"; 01 collective was awarded the "Second Class Labor Medal"; 01 collective was awarded a certificate of merit from the Prime Minister; 18 collectives were awarded the "Leading Emulation Flag of the Bloc" by the Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Procuracy...
Promoting the achieved results, in the period of 2025 - 2030, the Provincial Procuracy will continue to direct, deploy, promote and actively respond to emulation movements in the whole industry; focus on extraordinary rewards, build and replicate advanced models; accelerate the application of information technology, research and use emulation and reward management software in management and operation...

On this occasion, 7 individuals received certificates of merit from the Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Procuracy; the Provincial People's Procuracy awarded certificates of merit to 5 collectives and 22 typical advanced individuals with outstanding achievements in the patriotic emulation movement for the period 2020 - 2025.
