The People's Committee of Ha Quang district (Cao Bang, Vietnam) had a meeting with Na Po district (China) about changing the design plan for the specialized road for transporting goods at the Soc Giang (Vietnam) - Binh Mang (China) border gate.

The two sides went to the field to inspect, measure the reality, had many discussions and agreed on the name of the project: "Road bridge across the border stream of Soc Giang (Vietnam) - Binh Mang (China)".
According to the signed minutes of the meeting, it was agreed that: The two sides agreed on the basis of the design plan agreed upon at the border gate work meeting between Ha Quang district, Cao Bang province, Vietnam and Na Po district, Guangxi, China on October 12, 2023, to adjust and supplement the design plan of the project "Road bridge across the border stream of Soc Giang (Vietnam) - Binh Mang (China)". They also agreed to base on the data measured by both sides to adjust and supplement the design plan to ensure compliance with the regulations of each side and submit it to the competent authority for approval. The Chinese side completes the design plan for the project "Road bridge across the border stream of Soc Giang (Vietnam) - Binh Mang (China)" and sends it to the Vietnamese side before March 10, 2025. The two sides will strive to promote the agreement to sign the above design plan before April 2025. In the process of implementing tasks related to this content, it is recommended that the two sides regularly contact and exchange information to resolve problems in order to soon implement the project. After the meeting, the leaders of the two sides signed the minutes and related documents.
Through the program, the friendship and cooperation between Ha Quang district - Vietnam and Na Po district - China will be maintained and developed, thereby further promoting the progress of completing procedures for building a dedicated road for transporting goods at the Soc Giang (Vietnam) - Binh Mang (China) border gate.
