Conference on studying, disseminating and implementing newly issued directives, resolutions and conclusions of the Central and provincial levels (phase I/2025)

On the morning of February 26th, the Provincial Party Committee organized a conference to study, understand, disseminate, and implement newly issued directives, resolutions, and conclusions of the Central and Provincial authorities (Phase I/2025). The conference was connected online to the district and city branches, and Party committees directly under the Provincial Party Committee. Attending at the provincial branch were members of the Provincial Party Committee; Central-level speakers from the province; provincial-level speakers; representatives from several departments, agencies, the Fatherland Front, and political and social organizations; and the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and those in charge of Propaganda and Training of the Party committees directly under the Provincial Party Committee. Comrade Be Thanh Tinh, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Head of the Provincial Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, chaired the conference.

The delegates were briefed and informed by the team of speakers on the following contents: Conclusion No. 118 of the Politburo on adjusting and supplementing some contents of Directive No. 35-CT/TW of the Politburo of the 13th Party Congress on party congresses at all levels leading to the 14th National Congress of the Party; Conclusion No. 121 of the Central Committee of the 13th Party Congress on summarizing Resolution No. 18 of the Central Committee of the 12th Party Congress on some issues on continuing to innovate and reorganize the organizational structure of the political system to be streamlined, effective and efficient; the Provincial Party Committee's Action Program on implementing Conclusion No. 121 of the Central Committee of the 13th Party Congress; Conclusion No. 126 of the Politburo and the Secretariat on some contents and tasks to continue reorganizing and streamlining the organizational structure of the political system in 2025; Conclusion No. 123 of the 13th Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam on the supplementary plan for socio -economic development in 2025 with a growth target of 8% or higher; and the Provincial Party Committee's action program on implementing Conclusion No. 123 of the 13th Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam.

In addition, delegates were briefed on the Provincial Party Committee's Action Program for implementing Resolution No. 57 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in the development of science , technology, innovation, and national digital transformation; Cao Bang province's 2025 thematic topic: "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's thought, morality, and style on promoting the strength of national unity, promoting the people's right to self-governance, and caring for the people's material and spiritual lives"; and Guidance No. 120 of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department on studying the 2025 thematic topic.

In his concluding remarks, Comrade Be Thanh Tinh, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, requested that Party committees at all levels concretize and develop appropriate programs and plans for their localities and units to effectively implement and promptly bring directives, resolutions, conclusions, and action programs into practice. Local Party committees and authorities should continue to implement and disseminate these directives, resolutions, conclusions, and action programs seriously, thoroughly, and promptly through diverse and appropriate forms to cadres, Party members, and the general public, aiming to raise awareness of the Party's new viewpoints and policies, creating consensus and unity in thought and action. The Vietnam Fatherland Front and political and social organizations, along with media agencies, will develop plans to disseminate information about directives and resolutions through mass media and the system of speakers and propagandists, continuing to promote their role and sense of responsibility in realizing the Party's policies in practice, contributing to the nation's entry into a new era, an era of striving for national prosperity and strength.
