How to make delicious, irresistible grilled banana with sticky rice
1. Ingredients:
- 5 bananas.
- 200 ml coconut milk.
- 200 gr glutinous rice.
- 100 grams of peanuts.
- 50 gr tapioca pearls (also known as small tapioca pearls).
- 100 gr banana leaves for wrapping.
- Tapioca starch, salt, sugar.
2. Simple way to do at home:
- Step 1 : Wash sticky rice
Wash the sticky rice thoroughly to remove dirt, then soak it in clean water overnight or for about 6-7 hours to soften the sticky rice.
- Step 2 : Cook sticky rice with coconut milk
Put the soaked sticky rice in the rice cooker, add clean water, a little salt and turn on the button to cook.
When the sticky rice is almost cooked, add 2 tablespoons of sugar + 50 ml of coconut milk and stir until it is soft. Cook until the rice is soft, then let it cool and stir it out and set aside.

- Step 3 : Prepare ingredients
Roast peanuts in a fragrant pan until cooked, then crush them until smooth.

Take the tapioca pearls that have just been boiled and soak them in a bowl of water for about 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, take them out, drain the water, then put them in a pot to boil.
