Specifically, the temperature in Hanoi (Ha Dong Meteorological Station) is 11.7 degrees; in Hoa Binh 11.8 degrees. In addition, Hai Phong, Quang Ninh, Bac Giang, Bac Ninh, Hai Duong, Hung Yen,... are all at 10-12 degrees.
According to forecast, today the temperature in areas like Hanoi will be the lowest 10-12 degrees, the highest 13-15 degrees.
