At the Conference, the leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department announced the decisions to appoint civil servants to leadership and management positions in specialized departments for 14 comrades. The decisions take effect from March 1, 2025. At the same time, the decision to retire according to the regime for 6 comrades who are leaders, managers, and civil servants of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department was announced.
