On the morning of March 1, at Thanh Thuy border commune, Vi Xuyen district, Ha Giang Provincial Youth Union coordinated with Hanoi City Youth Union to organize the program "March Border" in 2025. Attending were leaders of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Ha Giang province, the Military Command of Ha Giang province; representatives of the Vietnam Youth Union and many people from the border communes of Vi Xuyen district.

In 2025, with the theme "My Homeland's Border", the program "March Border" with activities to promote propaganda and education for union members, members, and youth about traditions and love for the homeland; effectively using digital platforms to raise the responsibility of young people for sovereignty and border security to increase the spread. In particular, many meaningful gifts such as: Portrait of Uncle Ho; Temporary house removal project; breeding chickens were presented to students, people and the Border Self-Management Team, border markers in Thanh Thuy commune.

On this occasion, more than 50 doctors from the Hanoi Young Physicians Association, Ha Giang General Hospital, Vi Xuyen District Medical Center, along with modern medical equipment, examined and dispensed medicine to more than 1,000 people in 5 border communes of Vi Xuyen District, including Thanh Thuy, Thanh Duc, Lao Chai, Xin Chai and Minh Tan. At the same time, they exchanged and consulted on health care, hygienic living, and disease prevention.

The “March Border Month” program is one of the annual activities to materialize the “I love my Fatherland” movement launched by the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union. With practical actions, the green volunteer shirts have contributed to building and protecting the border, while encouraging people to actively develop the economy, maintain security and order, and build a peaceful, stable, and comprehensively strong border area./.
